We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal for online purchases. If you prefer to pay by cash, you need to come in store.
Delivery
We use our electric van to deliver bikes to you. Delivery within 10 miles from our shop in Brockenhurst, New Forest (SO42 7RR) is free. Bike preparation time is 2 days but if you need the bike sooner, please contact us. Get in touch on 01590 624204 or hello@boostbikehub.co.uk to confirm your delivery or if you have any questions regarding delivery times and dates.
Returns
All bikes come with a 2-year guarantee. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email and we'll be happy to discuss how to help you. Returns are subject to terms and conditions.
